Support Services

People only benefit from Online Collaboration when they participate. People only participate when they benefit. Even the best technology and the best design don't guarantee participation. Successful Online Collaboration involves culture change as people discontinue old and ineffective habits and adopt new, more effective habits.

GroupSense provides Support Services that initiate and support collaboration to ensure that your organisation and its members get the maximum benefits from Online Collaboration.

GroupSense provides three levels of support service: Basic Support, Active Support and Custom Support Services.

Basic Support

The Basic Support service ensures that your people can make effective use of their Collaboration Site. It includes access to the Collaboration Site, administration of the Site, support for Participants and support for Participation Coaches (more...).

Active Support

Active Support provides energy and impetus to generate effective participation. It includes Project Management, Content Management, Participation Coach Performance Management, Participation Reporting and Project Review (more...).

Custom Support Services

Custom Support Services are tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation and participants. They can include the publishing structured content like assessment results, invoices and newsfeeds or collecting and reporting on information from surveys and questionnaires.
